About SP-ARC

SP-ARC sees architecture, design, and development as an opportunity to contribute to our communities through the built environment. By producing informed designs that serve to house, protect, hold, and inspire, SP-ARC is honored for its part in the development and expansion conversation. To properly service the architectural needs of our clients, SP-ARC believes there is a need for architects to regain their role once again as Master Builder. Principal Architect and Owner John Bellisario, AIA, used this philosophy in the creation of SP-ARC. Pulling from his diverse background in architecture, kitchen design, construction management, construction trades, and development, John works to make sure SP-ARC is creating informed and high-end design solutions that are anchored in monetary reality.
