THE MASTER BUILDER APPROACH

SP-ARC approaches architecture with an understanding that extends well beyond the drawing set.

Principal Architect John Bellisario’s background spans high-end kitchen design, hands-on experience in the construction trades, architectural practice, construction management, and active real estate development. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, where he graduated magna cum laude, as well as a Master of Science in Construction Management.

From the refinement of interior details and finish carpentry to personally navigating land acquisition, entitlement, construction, and development, this breadth of experience has shaped a more integrated approach to architecture.

We call this our Master Builder approach—combining design vision with the technical, construction, and development knowledge needed to carry that vision from the earliest site decisions through the finished home.

It allows us to approach each project not only as architects, but with an understanding of what it takes to successfully realize the entire property.
