Principal Architect and Owner John Bellisario used this philosophy in forming SP-ARC, and our team uses it to steer the company's daily operations and direction. Pulling from our team's diverse background in architectural services, construction management, development, construction trades, and kitchen design, SP-ARC strives to better understand what it takes for a project to be successful. SP-ARC’s team believes that inspiring and informed design can coexist within the monetary limitations often governing a project and that this balance can only be achieved through a greater understanding of the development process.
