To properly service the architectural needs of our clients, SP-ARC believes architects must regain their role once held as true Master Builders. Principal Architect and Owner John Bellisario used this philosophy in forming SP-ARC, and our team uses it to steer the company's daily operations and direction. Pulling from our team's diverse background in architecture, construction management, development, construction trades, and kitchen design, SP-ARC strives to achieve a greater understanding of what it takes for a project to be successful. SP-ARC’s team believes that inspiring and informed design can coexist within the monetary limitations often governing a project and that this balance can only be achieved through a greater understanding of the development process.
